The Rockwell Rural Fire Department covers approximately 40 square miles with over 3800 residential structures and an estimated population of over 9000. We respond to over 800 calls for service each year. We currently provide fire suppression, fire prevention, public education, defensive haz-mat operations, basic life support medical services, vehicle extrication, and limited technical rescue.
